Use your TRIDENT username (without @triumf.ca) and password to log in to HelpDesk.
If you don't have a TRIUMF account, use:
- username: guest
- password: triumf
Remember to add your email address to the body of the ticket when using the guest account.
Please submit your request to an appropriate queue. If you can't find the queue you are looking for, submit your ticket to General PC, Windows, and TRWIN Domain Support.
