Please submit your request to an appropriate queue. If you can't find the queue you are looking for only then submit your ticket to General Network and Computing Services. We will make sure it gets to the right people.
Use your TRIUMF email username (without @triumf.ca) and password to log in to HelpDesk. If you don't have a TRIUMF email, then for Username use: guest and for Password use: triumf, but make sure to add your email address to the body of the ticket.
