Please submit your request to an appropriate queue. If you can't find the queue you are looking for only then submit your ticket to General Network and Computing Services. We will make sure it gets to the right people.
Use your TRIDENT credentials to log in to HelpDesk. If you don't have a TRIDENT account, then for Username use: guest and for Password use: triumf, but make sure to add your email address to the body of the ticket.
